How we handle your data

What we collect

When you run a free audit, we collect the website URL you submit and the email address you give us. That's it — we don't ask for your name, company, phone number, or anything else.

What we do with it

We use the URL to run the audit and generate your report. We use your email to send you that report (online and as a PDF) and may follow up with you once about your results — for example, to check whether the report was useful or to offer help with something we found. We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing sequence.

What we don't do

We never sell, rent, or share your email address or audit data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data isn't used to train AI models beyond generating your own report.

Third-party processors

We use Supabase to store your data, Google PageSpeed Insights and Anthropic's Claude to generate the audit itself, and Resend to deliver the email. Each only processes what's needed to run and deliver your audit.

Deleting your data

Email hello@strateviatech.com with the address you used and we'll delete your audits and contact details. We aim to handle these within a few business days.
